At Riverbend Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your living space. If you are not happy with your item, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RGA number, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned merchandise to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
